Tumbling Classes
Beginner Tumble:
Beginner Level Tumbler (Has no/very little tumbling experience). The athlete will be introduced to the basic techniques of tumbling. Skills such as forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, bridges (backbends), and Bridge Kick Overs. Introduction to front and backwalkovers will also be taught.
Tumble Level 1:
The athlete is in between Tumble Level 1 and Tumble Level 2. They are not a beginner tumbler but they are not ready to be moved to tumble level 2, and they have mastered the skills in Tumble Level 1. The athlete is working on a backhandspring, fronthandspring, backwalkover, and frontwalkover.
Tumbling Level 2:
The athlete will need to have mastered skills in Tumble Level 1 in order to move onto this level. The athlete will focus on front and back handsprings, roundoff backhandsprings, and backwalkovers/frontwalkovers connected to a backhandspring or roundoff backhandspring. The athlete is very close to having their backhandspring and front handspring by their self by theirself. Athletes will also be introduced to standing and running multiple backhandsprings.
Tumble Level 2 Advanced: The athlete has their front and backhandsprings by theirself and are working on perfecting it; along with working on series backhandsprings and roundoff backhandsprings.
Tumbling Level 3:
The athlete will need to have mastered skills in Tumble Level 2 in order to move into this level. The athlete will focus on standing backhandsprings series, roundoff backhandspring series, roundoff handspring tucks, and punch fronts. Athletes will also be introduced to standing tucks, and other variations of standing tumbling to a tuck and running tumbling to a tuck.
Tumble Level 3 (Advanced): The athlete has mastered their standing series and roundoff handspring series. The athlete also has a roundoff handspring tuck by their self and is working on perfecting the skill.
Tumbling Level 4:
The athlete will need to have mastered skills in Tumble Level 3 in order to move into this level. The athlete will focus on standing tucks, roundoff backhandsprings layouts, variations of standing tumbling to a tuck and a layout, and variations of running tumbling to a tuck and layout. Athletes will also be introduced to roundoff backhandspring fulls.
Legacy Elite Tumble (Tumbling Level 5):
The athlete will need to have mastered skills in Tumbling Level 4 in order to move into this level. The athlete will focus on roundoff handspring fulls and doubles, standing fulls, variations of standing passes to a full and double, variations of running passes to a full double, and jumps combinations to a tuck.
